When your tears roll down your cheek
It is not a sign of being meek or weak,
It is just the emotions at its peak
And not holding them back makes you unique…

Let it all flow, to your heart's content
That's one of the ways to give it a vent
At times, it helps you to reinvent
The reasons behind, & what they really meant…

It may happen when your mind is adrift,
An outflow of feelings, a little too swift;
I feel so thankful,we have this gift
The requisite pearls, at times,to give us a lift.

(smiles) Oh Amigo, I couldn't agree with you more, I cry a lot, but I am proud of it because then I am able to express my feelings so clearly to others and I feel happy in the end after speaking of my grief! (big hugggssssss) This is absolutely beautiful, sweet friend, the true people that are strong are those willing to cry when they have to, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet amigo, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton
