All Wrong
AMK
3/15/02

What is this game you play "friend"
This tearing at my heart
You and I said goodbye long ago
So now after all this time what do you want?

You and I were as one once upon a time
But you forget...you are the one that let me go
Your constant games of the heart
Surely you knew it would end...you had to know

One minute you wanted me
The next it was like you were pushing me away
But still you claim that you've always wanted me
That you still have words left to say

Well I am done talking
I gave you the best parts of me
I loved you with all that I had
But I moved on, and am now free

So please if you ever loved me
Just leave me be once and for all
Forget the moments we had together
My name I no longer want you to call

I'm in love with someone else
She is where my heart now belongs
Just stop whatever you are trying to do
This feels all wrong

"just because someone doesn't love you as you'd like them to, does not mean they don't love you with all their heart"

(sigh) Oh Amy, this is so sad but beautiful, sweet friend, I know how hard it must be to say something like this, but once we say how we really feel, then we will find much more comfort in the long run and joy! (kiss on cheek) We all love you so much, sweet friend, this is wonderful! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Amy, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Wow..sure is nice when you know your own mind isn't it...I wonder how much yo-yoing a relationship can take.

~A~
gosh have i lived this on both sides.  So hard to just dismiss the deepest of
feelings.  Healing has to start that way, tho.  Why does it mainly feel like
pain, tho?  sigh......Your words have feeling-arrows that pierce deeply.

Amy,

This is such a hard situation, I wish you luck.  It feels great though to get it out

Your poem is one I bet a lot of people can relate to, but I am killing myself laughing at Sea's comment to you, as I was thinking it, but she says it

The pursuit of truth and beauty is a sphere of activity in which we are permitted to remain children all our lives.

It's not easy to come to terms with these feelings you write of.
In time we learn to break free of the ties that bind us...
setting ourselves free to fly again.

So very nicely said and done.

Breaking free is never easy...Just the
thought of it can be agonizing....

It has to be looked at as a learning
experience...not just love or emotions...

Easy to say...

You penned this well...very well...

Isn’t that always the way huh? They don’t want you, til they haven’t got you. Then they want you back. hrmph, enough to make you feel like a dog chasing it’s tail!! Mind you, it’s so much easier not to fall for it, when you have real love in your life.

If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please?

Yes I remember this place very well...when you finally set yourself free from the burdens of an unfulfilling relationship and place your trust and hopes in the present...James
