The hearing of the heart acute The feeling of the mind astute Merging with the senses in applaud Boiling to the surface forces thawed When the heart can hear the color of his thought When the skin remembers scents as not yet taught Merging into single consciousness of melody anew All the senses to attend in single follow-through Mirroring of language both the body and the mind Awareness of the nearness, images to be defined The self in compliment to flower in wild anticipate The dressing and the frosting as the entree we await Copyright Kkh 3/14/02 |
