If I Could Not Love You

Sometimes my heart
seems to have a
mind of it's own.

Especially when I
don't fully understand
where my feelings
are taking me to.

And then I realize
my heart knows how
to watch over me
and pull me through.

For where else
could my heart go
and what would my heart do
if I could not love you.
