Ah, lass, I pray thee, 'ave a seat-
Me discourse? lemme see...
P'raps the thing to speak upon,
Wou' be philosophy....

Aye! Tha' wou' be me guess, indeed-
The workings o' the mind...
To delve it's crevices an' nooks-
An' see wha' we can find.

Tis said to be emotions seat-
Where love an' 'ate reside...
Where wisdom, and frivolity...
Do likewise there abide....

Tis where a person really lives-
An' their personna lies
An' when it tends to jump it's course...
Said person's ego dies.

An' myriad the twisting paths-
Cou' follow if ye dare...
Where madness haunts it's every turn,
A journey fraught wi' care.

Methinks to dwell within at length-
One mi' find poltergeist'-
Aye, flee depravity an' lust-
For tha' way madness lies.

Aye, much is said, and much is not-
An' all to wha' avail?
A person canna learn by talk...
So goes the Traveler's Tale.

What do I say? I wish I could write like that. That was COOL!

I want to die peacefully, in my sleep, like my grandfather, not screaming, terrified, like his passengers.

About time there was another tale from your poetic hand, and I sure enjoyed this one, as I do all of yours.

The pursuit of truth and beauty is a sphere of activity in which we are permitted to remain children all our lives.
