Listening to every heart

K! Long Live Queen K!

I am most assuredly one of those who reign
A scepter in this hand, and nothing’s quite the same
For even if I am careful, I’ll surely get a bop
For this thing I’m wielding, shall surely hit my top!

I am very splendidly a being of admire
When I am so careful in my very fine attire
Here’s a run in my stocking, from tip of toe on up!
And a goodly chip has found it’s way onto my coffee cup!

Just today I crowned my best,
As life this morn was for my test!
First I started at foot and leg, a bruising just to show
I can glow in anything, from tippie top to toe!

I collected bruises, just to know I’m here
One upon my forearm, and one upon my rear!
One found my thigh all right, another on my … chest,
Today I crowned my everyplace, a queen quite at her best!

I’m the Queen of Klutz, and my kingdom is my grace!
I am quite the lucky one, I didn’t land upon my face!

Kari darling sister of heart and keeper of dreams truth, I don’t believe you darling heart, never in a million years would you be the queen of klutz. This is just divine darling heart, the flow is excellent and the rhyme scheme perfect.

As always excellent writing, do I love it? Yes I do. Utterly utterly love it

Love and warm stuff

If you're the Queen, then I'm one of the Royal Brats (Princesses) Thanks for the read, but I'm sorry that you're so... klutzy?

I want to die peacefully, in my sleep, like my grandfather, not screaming, terrified, like his passengers.

Gee, I always thought I was such a klutz!
Now after reading this you are quite welcome to the title.
You seem much more deserving than I.
Fun read Karilea...much enjoyed!

(giggles in delight) Ooohhhhhhh...I would definitely be a prince of Klutz, I too can be quite clumsy sometimes! (smiles) You are so much fun to us all, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Karilea, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Karilea - Very amusing write.  I used to be a klutz when I was a kid.  I would constantly stub my toes.  I really hated that.  Even now, when I am on the computer, I will slip and my head will hit the monitor and I'll be knocked out cold for a few minutes.lol

NO WAY, QUEEN K!  The most gracious lady among us must have had an off day.  Your graciousness is unfailing.  Methinks you tripped over your own perfection.  Sorry about the bruises.

You tripping over your charm again are you?  Geez Louise, how does one get a bruise on their chest anyway?  I have been trying to recreate in my mind such a scenario and it fails me

Well at least when you slipped on your wazoo,
it sure brought out the humor in you

Did I ever tell you the story of my trip down the stairs?  Wear those bruises as a crown...you earned it!

I found many levels of fun in this one, Sunshine. Remember the phrase,
"Let's go trippin" ??? Do we both take it literally as well as figuratively some days? Good humor...more tasty than a sweet ice cream treat.

I've fallen flat on my face a time or two, and on my rear once or twice. Ah well, nice to know I'm not alone! Well written and gave me a smile.

Karilea

The humor in this is very refreshing to one who has fallen on top of a vase of flowers and shattered everything, including her thoughts of grace.  Hugs!
