Bousquet For New York...In Remembrance Of 9/11

I am sending you a bouquet
of red and white roses
to say, "I am with you.
Together we are strong."
The white ash of grief
is painted on your faces,
burried in the furrows
of utter exhaustion and perplexity
at how fast the minutes
are ticking away precious life.
I am sending you one Rose
...white and withered
to say, "I, too, am in despair."
Despair at your horrendous loss,
the loss of innocence
in yourselves and in your children.
And, I am sending you a combination
of Scarlet Geraniums, Passion Flower,
Purple Hyacinth and Arbor Vitae
to express my hope that you will find
consolation through your faith
in your deepest hour of sorrow.
I am sending you one, Heliotrope
to remind you of the devotion I have
to pray unceasingly for all those
whose lives were changed
in the flash of one, fiery moment.

(big hugggsssssss) God Bless You, sweet friend, this is such a compassionately beautiful memorial to all our heroes and victims of 9/11, that I know they will all forever cherish with the millions of other prayers from all our hearts! (sigh) God Bless You, sweet friend, you are a true angel, this is a breathtaking gift of love from your golden heart! We all love you so much, sweet friend, I join you in your prayers for all the victims and their families! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Ivy, thank you for sharing!

Lovely thoughts and flowers...yes this is the kind of stress that will stay with many for a long..long time...James
