One fear supports notions we live on borrowed time
another premise is that this is all staged mime
nothing that you say or do really counts
in the end, it seems just dust heaps mount.

You could be a world leader and herald change
or Shakespeare blocking actors on stage
you could stand from balconies and shout appeals
Or work among bankers and pickpocket ordeals.

Discreet or vulgar are thrown into the heap
the man upstairs has the casket locked for keeps;
you work endlessly, there is a sense of false completion,
your neighbour could ask what what the sense of
your ambition.

the sands in the deserts have buried times long gone
yet you scrounge for truths where their n'er to be won.
we live and die, create records, do we progress?
with borrowed mime, how will I know the rest?

Wow, this is so interesting!  So full of thought(s), and your method of writing it is just incredibly great.  Love it.

BRAVO!!! Oh my gosh, this is a wonderful inspiring poem, sweet friend, I too always wonder how we can find truth in life but all the while we wonder how much of our memory is selective when we review our thoughts and sometime sthey mime us and seem so obvious as we try to discover more! (big hugggsssss) We all love you so much, sweet friend, this is very thought-provoking! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Martin, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton
