I gave myself a goal of an unreachable age
this focus I got from a wise old sage
said, "Martin,if you make up your mind
to live long and healthy you'll find":

that what we consider achievements is gone in a matter of a blink
the aura of fresh discovery yields nothing that will rest and sink;
life continues to have realities at different points
if you just think.

take life less seriously and fewer pressures will bother.
refuse to give into fear and feel the absence of mother and father.
contradictory paradoxes, always present, can fetter
will play my life cards better,longevity I'll weather
