Digital thought process stinking up
that last vestage of prayer
where once fell an angel
left over from the other nights
party, gone mad, insane fun
to be had by all as long
as you can pay for the cocktails
that god has set aside for
the sinfull, and the curious
looking at the back room lit
strangely by blacklight, how 70's
all the smiles in the place
let you drift to a new salvation
found at the bottom of a glass
of greyhound, you think the 5th
of the evening, lighting your
smoke, in a lame attempt at
trying to stay sober, as you
drool over the end of it all.

(sad sigh) This is soooooo very sad, sweet friend, I too have heard many stories of nights on the town like these and my heart goes out to all the broken-hearted souls and I pray they can all find joy and step back on their feet with hope! (sigh) We all love you so much, sweet friend, this is sad but wonderful! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Michael, thank you for sharing!
