As this Princess waits for her fairytale life to start...... A FOREVER LOVE STORY She sat alone night and day Waiting for her Prince to sweep her away The days grew long and the nights were cold She longed for his strong body to hold. This princess knew he'd come for her soon To rescue her from sadness and gloom Her dreams were of him and the day he'd come Loneliness and pain he'll deliver her from. He arrived at sunrise, brighter than the sun Softly his fingers through her hair did run She gazed in his eyes and saw to his heart, And knew at that moment they'd never part. He held her tight as he mounted his horse Gave her a kiss as he showed no remorse. They rode into the forest, far away to be alone To start a new life, a life of their own. Days turned to months, months into years Happiness and love replaced her tears He protected her from all the hurt of the world His love and devotion to her he unfurled. Their love never died, but eventually they did Buried together by their beautiful kids. Their children bore children and as they got old To their children's children the love story was told. They arrive at sunrise to brighten they day Showering love to the world along their way. The stars twinkle at night to show them the course As he kisses his Princess and they mount his horse. Live today as if it's your last. Love today as if it's your first. Lisa |

 (tears fall down my cheeks) Oh Carolina, this is one of the most beautiful, sensitive love poems I've ever read, this made me cry just thinking about the sweet eternal gift of love they will forveer share and their children will grow and share it too!
