Incomplete
The rest of my soul
Searched for you
As I in façade of normalcy
Performed like street vendors monkey
To the tunes being played today.

Oblivious:
Repressing admittance to
Those facets of thought
Gnawing holes left vagaries growing
In unease,
diseased entirety.

Now I look in tin cup
For pittance of rewards knowing nothing
Replaces the brush of one heart against another
But hoping to sustain the struggle

Until I find you
Dancing on side street of living
To tunes played in now’s today,

Or you find me.

Are you looking?

Dulcinea: Thank you for the nice comment, it is appreciated!

Sven: Glad you found in it something to enjoy..appreciate the comment sir!

Duncan: (chuckling) But you write as you write, not as I do...and you write so very well.. why wish for my pittance of eloquence when yours is so well developed?

Thanks you for the nice words...and the compliment Duncan.

(sigh) Sometimes it feels it is always in the last place you look! (smiles) May you turn the next corner and find all your heart desires, sweet friend, this is an excellent well-expressed piece, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Ron, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

just doesn't seem fair with so many looking, that there are still so many not finding...

Hi Ron

" nothing
Replaces the brush of one heart against another"

I am looking all the time for those my soul has known and loved.  Thoughtful writing!
