Wild Rhyme

Words flow softly from soul to pen
giving visions that make hearts beat
They say there are romantic men
who do not play at love’s deceit

Such poems filled with intense desire
that strike a cord as they ignite
A single flame becomes a fire
from the fantasies you incite

Your burning touch I can’t ignore
while reading passions of wild rhyme
When I whisper words that implore
I must seek you out in real time

Feeling what you express I find
a sigh escapes my wanting lips
I’ve been captured heart, soul and mind
by secret feelings that eclipse

You weave a magic filled with heat
leaving me breathless as I melt
Now that I’m caught I’ll claim defeat
wrapped in a love I’ve never felt

Karen Torbiak 2002©

Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams.

Karen, I find your poem breathtaking. And dear sweet poetess, you indeed inspire me.

When you say,

"Words flow softly from soul to pen
giving visions that make hearts beat
They say there are romantic men
who do not play at love’s deceit"

May I say?

O these kind words from women's soul
Pure rays emit from bright starlight
Come from God and make me whole
And draw my heart to seek her sight.

My heart beats sweetly from her phrase
I pray dear God please comfort me
My spirit lifts into her gaze
Please let her be reality.

((Karen))

Wouldn't it be wonderful to have a man such as this living side by side with us, writing beautiful words together?
Ah, just another fantasy of mine. You did this delectably.

In rhyme of two for but one
until the set of waning sun
words take you into soft night
and pen beneath moon light

For in your words so wild
We all did grin and smiled
as rhyyme so wild does flow
and Passions loves it so.

Beautifully done Karen...Love this poem..
