I decided to take a walk one day.
To look at the flowers along the way.

For some reason I don`t know why.
I turned my eyes toward the sky.

As I just stood there in awe.
From an angel`s eyes I saw a tear fall.

The angel didn`t look sad and wore a smile.
I just stood there quiet for awhile.

Then I saw a door open wide.
God was calling the angel inside.

Then the angel seem to say to me.
These are tears of joy I hope you can see.

Then I realized as the angel turned away.
This special angel was my brother Ray.

This is dedicated to my brother who passed away on March 6,1997.

(tears fall down my cheeks) God Bless You, sweet Juanita, my heart goes out to your loss but I know deep down with all my heart Ray will always love you and guide you with his love from above and will always be blessed to you, a true angel sister, in his heart forever! (kiss on cheek) We all love you so much, sweet friend, this is absolutely beautiful and sensitive! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Juanita, thank you for sharing!

What a beautiful tribute you've written for your brother... The love shines through your words and anniversaries are always so hard... You have my sympathy as well as my appreciation for a fine poem. *S*

Juanita my dearest friend Oh how I’ve missed your writing darling girl and this OH MY this is so beautiful an amazing stunning example of spirit in form. You darling girl really do write with light. Absolutely awesome writing skills

Always your work is a delight, even when you’re writing sad your writing bubbles with light. Thank you darling heart for this it teaches us that HE always looks after us. Beautiful darling girl as always this is beautiful

Juanita...what a special tribute to Ray. I am sure that he is looking down at you now and thanking and blessing you for it.

I know how hard these days can be, so here are some special ((hugs)) to help you get through it.

Its so good to see you back here again, even with this saddest of poems.

Juanita, dear lady,
my heart was stood upon, in so many ways,
when i read this.  Your poem, written in delicate,
loving terms, is a perfect way to remember your
own family blood.  That graphic also reminded me of a frigid
winter day, when my grandmother went thru all her old Christmas
cards and letters with me, explaining each of them, and who they were.
There were many of the old cards with wonderful pictures like the one
you inserted with your poem.  Don't you miss that type of painting?
Would love to see more of THAT in galleries instead of the other.
But the memories hit me, after both the poem and picture.
