deez dayz
the wind dies down, some days cause it's God's will.
leaves fall... decay, all chime by reason.
the time flows, past my whiskers of dim.
memories... Resentment... love.
allergic to me, is her prudent climate.
longings... Confused ideas... Hope.
what would happen, if the sun didn't rise tomorrow?
or if all the roads, were to simply disappear?
time would say it happened so.
yet, no one could say I told you so.
sleep every darken night, so we do.
drive every smooth street, as we go.
yet do we question tomorrow... to quit.
no. Yes. Maybe. I don't know.
quit... should it be,
the light of cure I hold on to?
if yes, will my dreams ever come true?
deez days... Filled they are, only of empty emotions.... deez days...

~I saw it, and have read it again and again, though time doesn't allow for much more of a comment than, I enjoyed, stretched out my mind in thought over it and may return again. Good to see your work here. *Peace.

Hayden James--

This was an amazingly, well-expressed poem.
Most of us have been through the times of dreams gone awry to the extent that we are afraid to hope.  You said it so well.
And yes, I think that dreams come true.  I think that sometimes we don't recognize them when they materialize.  So dream well and stay alert.
Thanks for sharing!
