Lady in Brown
Wears her own special crown
The color of the earth
Stripped from all it’s dresses
Or green flowing tresses
A color so mighty
That you can see
The strength in her eyes
As she dares you to be
The one who crosses her endless miles
And gain her enchanting subtle smiles

Lady in Brown
Wrapped in the chocolate color
you adore
And like chocolate it melts away
All pretentious closed doors
And so you’d find yourself
Sway
Unable to say
Why do like her chocolate so?
Why do you act as if you don’t know?
That chocolate has always gained its way
Made all people surrender to it day by day

To me...this is of our earth and all it's
splendors that it gives us day after day...
and like chocolate...we keep returning to
what we enjoy...and I enjoyed this poem..
