Twinight

How can I leave you…
I have watched o’er you this day
Saw the smiling laughter glitter
Golden in the touch of hand
To child’s hair,

Glimpsed upon an eye, spying
Curve of hip, not slender
Yesterday’s form but the
Soft flow of tomorrows
Yet to come

Saw a hand stroking a sleeve,
Enjoying yet again the
Story of one hundred
Hearings and more, waiting
For the chuckle at the end

I saw a dream lay down
In the grass, eyes skyward,
Hope floating
On plans of future success
All within a grasp of get

I saw a bend of waist
Over toys and remnants,
Hurrying, scurrying toward
That rush of wait, wait
Today’s almost gone…

And then I left you with
Hope’s rainbow along your horizon,
Hoping tomorrow will see you
Mirroring me
With your radiance again…

Karilea--

I glimsed the smile of you
in this piece of a poem you drew
love, yet an ache touched me too
was it mine or was it yours?

(smiles) Awwwwwww, this is sooooooo beautiful, sweet friend, such romance fills these words along with a tinge of sadness of trying to hang onto this hope like the rainbow after a storm! (kiss on cheek) We all love you so much, sweet friend, this is breathtaking! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Karilea, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Kari darling sister of my heart, girl this is simply outstanding writing, you have done so well here I don’t know how you do it. Again flawless and perfectly presented. What can I say but this is exceptional. YOU always write brilliantly and today is no exception.

Wonderful flow and rhythm this is fabulous and the pic is spectacular, I love sunsets, almost as much as I love dawns. Truly darling girl this is awesome

Autie Kari hi there, this is so very pretty, you’ve painted such a beautiful picture. I could hear my mum saying the same things, but you said it better

I really do like this it’s a lovely piece from you and the picture is delightful. I really do like this one

You live up to thy pen name with this dear Sun ...
radiance is a good word...yes.....a very good word.
Remember your sunglasses when mirroring, wouldnt want you blinded by your own light

So it seems your saving grace was only saving face,
you thought he was wanting you...
but he was only wanting you to let him off the hook.

You folks are simply amazing, and if this horrendous headache would allow me to thank you all individually, I would...but it won't, at least, not now...

so thank you everyone...you are all very, very special people to me, and Passions is the epitome of poetry and gracious websites...

and this little gem may be entered in a poetry contest...

wish me luck...
