It's worse than having ticks or fleas,
progressing towards insanity.
I cannot find a cure I'm stumped,
fer sure it's worse than having mumps!

It will not answer to those pills
which cure a myriad of ills,
from hair-loss to psoriasis,
I swear! Is there no end to this!

I've pondered what might be the cause.
At times it even gives me pause,
to think I should go see a shrink.
Would that help get me forty winks?

That's right, I cannot sleep , you see,
at night I just write poetry,
when day-light comes I write some more.
I fear that I've become a bore!

The words they come in leaps and bounds,
like sheep before a pack of hounds.
My suffering's worse than puns like these...
I've got it baaaaaaaad, this rhyme disease!

To all of you, my friends,I say,
if you would not end up this way,
put down your pens! Forsake the ink!
You teeter-totter on the brink
of lunacy, and that's a fact!
This stuff is worse than smokin' crack!!!

(giggles) This is sooooooo cute, sweet friend, I know just how you feel, though I believe poetry is a wonderful disease and something I am proud to be diagnosed with, for with it we can always write and create whatever we want! (big hugggssssss) We all love you so much, sweet friend, this is wonderful! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet William, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

One for ewe and one for me
That's the way of poetry....
Just be sure if you can't sleep
You can count all Titia's sheep...

When you count them all just right
Then shut off your silly light...

You could never possibly be a bore, Doc! And as one who hasn't written a single word in almost 2 months, I think I'd gladly trade places with you! Cute poem!
