Here, Now, Forever

I hope that you know of that place we can go,
Where all of our pains and our anguish subside.
That place in our hearts we find through our sweet prayer,
That passageway to the sweet heavens so high.

That eternal focus of heart, mind and body,
imbued with the soul, the sweet nectar of life.

For away and forever we take off on light searing boldy and truly through this distant night,

Carrying our sweet burden of love and it's memories painted forever upon canvas of mind.

Smelling the scent of the sweet inspiration that carried us though leaving that world behind.

Oh what a sight! My I couldn't have known that ever there could be such beauty as this!

What wonderous love, O wonderous love, What wonderous love is this?
O my soul. . . O my soul

God alone is alone. Man is not.

There is remarkable beauty in your words...the beauty of the Divine, the beauty of a soul in search of its Maker. Thank you for this poem.  ***Ivy Rose
