(This is a song I wrote in less than an hour which I felt like writing after hearing the terrible news of a car bomb blowing off in Jerusalem and killing and injuring many including children. It has made me feel sad all day and I just had to get my feelings out)  Don't Stop Dreaming By: Noah Eaton 3/2/02 Sometimes the skies are blanketed in gray I feel God is lightyears away from me Tears of angels slide down this vapor canvas Painting silver linings I still strive to see I close my eyes and pray How can we make all these tears seem bright? I fall upon my hands and knees I fall on my bed and cry But I know I must go on and try Although I'm hurt I must try and fly Like Peter Pan I will think happy thoughts I know I'm not the only one feeling this way Children of the world... Don't stop dreaming God Bless your hearts Believe you can fly... Children... Don't stop dreaming Hold onto your dreams Sweet dreams tonight... There come times when life can be so cruel I for one am a witness to sadness But I know a friend in me Who's taught me He will promise us justice He has shown me hope He encourages me to spread my wings I may be no angel But I know how to cry... But I know I must go on and try Although I'm hurt I must try and fly Like Peter Pan I will think happy thoughts I know I'm not the only one feeling this way Children of the world...
