Listening to every heart

Tibetan Bells

In the grace of a far gone land
There is a bell that calls my name
To hearken to its tolling command

Somewhere, on a hill of grand
There is a soft, soft tingling sound
There, in that far away land

Tonal beckoning strikes my soul
Seeps like silk into my heart
Wishing me peace to be whole

soft the bells are tingling to my life line clinging in my heart they’re ringing

And peace comes in rondo time
Waves surf in, in belled delight
That peace would harbor on my mind
Both by day and in the night

And strange to think of
Cerulean waves on sea green hills
High on mountain’s topping thrills
From where all belling spills

Tibetan bells, they sing to me
In tonal silvered bell of lee
Never will cease the ring of me
In Tibetan bells of melody

soft the bells are tingling to my life line clinging in my heart they’re ringing

Auntie Kari Hi there this is a really beautiful I can hear your bells tinkling, this is a wonderful piece of writing. I know my way into the archives, I still think it’s nice to have a posting from them regularly because then everyone can read then again. And the newbies, like me, get to see them in all their glory.

Beautiful flowing words of delight. You’ve written this very well I like it, you are a good writer

Kari, I wish I could hear them now. I could almost feel the peace emanating from this. Almost. Just a little too down to get the whole effect.
You did a beautiful poem here, it is calming, and beautiful.

Karilea

How lovely...I have some bells that hang in my home...I believe they are chinese..and they make a sound so sweet..belonged to Gaga, that's why.  Thanks for reminding me to play them.

Karilea!  I flipped the puter back on for one last read before bed and what do I find?  Humm?  This beauty!  And..by the time I had finished reading I was as calm and relaxed as when I do my meditation. Mere coincidence? *smiling*  No, I don't think so. I am off to my bed...to sleep, perchance to dream. Thank you for this one.
