sometimes wishes are too much to ask
maybe I don't deserve
but fantasies and memories of the past

life is but a song a dance till the end
than walking away
only looking back now and than

I wanted to share chocolate ice cream
or your favorite vanilla bean
to share it with you in my dreams

but you always wanted the cherry on top
I felt like a miscellaneous item
in a novelty shop

love still flows like sweet Hershey syrup
upon rocky mountains of love
sugar and spice and everything nice
and always a double dip of me for you
