There may be times when you feel lonely
But you will never be alone
When you feel troubled and in need of comfort
You can call my heart your home

Just take a look over your shoulder
And no matter where you are
I will be right there behind you
Your ever faithful guardian star

I will comfort you and hold you
And tell you things will be alright
I will cradle you in my arms
Throughout the darkness of the night

I'll paint more colors in your rainbow
And install a light inside your heart
I'll build an invisible bridge between us
So we will never be far apart

As a friend you can rely on me
Any hour of any day
And to you I will come running
Bringing my love to light your way

So when I hear you say "I need you"
Just know that I'll be there
With my friendship ever faithful
Showing you how much I care

* * * *

Dedicated to all the wonderful friends
and poets I have met since being here
at PIP.Even though there is much
distance between us you always make me
feel so close to your hearts.

this is a touching dedication, although I still prefer to meet people in person, websites such as these offer the next best
thing to world travel

Sue? I often try to explain the magick of this wonderful place--to no avail. Thank you for this, and someday I hope I can write a proper thank you as well. There's no place like home!

Sue:  A fine tribute to all the many friends and poets who frequent this site. I'm sure most of us feel just as you do about it!

Right back at you Sue with the same sentiments, and hold that thought because I may come there next year and boy are you going to be sorry just kidding, but I wouldn't go all that way without giving you a great big hug!  This was lovely and thanks for being part of the family.

Sue, one thing I have learned is that time and distance doesn't make a difference when friendships come from the heart.  This was lovely, thank you.

Sue,
Well I have no excuse! But distance does make the heart grow fonder so no wonder we all love you and your work.

The offer of help from a true friend is what I have read and what I beleive.  You are really a peach Sue.  And also a nice shiny apple.  Thank you for always being there.  Your friend if needed, Roger
