The icecream truck sings in the distance
Life is a road that changes in an instant
Memories of friends I've made
I'm moving so eventually they'll fade

Eleven years this house was my home sweet home
Under this roof, behind these walls, I've grown
So hard to move forward and leave your past
In time, I feel I just might adapt

Challenges are known to bring us worries
Time passes as if it's in a hurry
Every framed picture captured special events
Telling tales of my treasured, keepsake moments

My old house will soon be someone else's crib
My new house welcomes me to continue this life I live
I'm unsure of what the future holds
We just find out as each day unfolds....

(smiles) Ooohhhhhhhhh...I know how busy you have been with the moving preparations, it is indeed a very big step but I know that the future holds so many wonderful things for you and priceless memories will fill these new walls and roof you'll laugh and cry and smile under! (kiss on lips) I love you, my sweet Gwenevere, this is excellent, you are always in my thoughts and dreams! (kisses)

i too have been a person who has had to relocate to a diferent living arrangement... but one thing that i have learned about moving is that even though you leave your old memories behind.. you now are going to a place where new memories can be created...

Joanna hi there, you’ve described this so well what an exciting time for you, I’m sure the move will go smoothly.

Wonderful piece of writing from you, as long as you don’t move from PIP’s then I’m happy. Having just discovered you I don’t want to lose a new and wonderful friend. YOU are a great writer
