A ritual of wonder
Ordained in light and thunder
The scent of sweet perfume
To dance beneath the moon

A sudden strong connection
To touch in sweet affection
The swirling nights and days
Awake in hearts ablaze

A calm and warm surrender
These gifts so sweet and tender
The passion as it swells
In honey as it wells

A banquet shared by each
One quest to now beseech
In compliment to walk
To sleep on pillow talk

A partner and a friend
A love that will not end
Through Autumn, into snow
Still dancing as we grow

A gentleness to live
A lifetime sought to give
In kisses softly set
As every dream is met

ThisDiamond - lovely, like this one a lot.

'A gentleness to live
A lifetime sought to give'

these two lines are so true, just think about what they mean... Wouldn't it be nice.
