Open up the Door

I confess addiction to lure
The jewelry and dreams of the poor
I confess addiction to style
The beauty of schemes of my wile

I confess to butterfly sighs
The true addiction of my cries
I confess to poetry rhymes
That put me in touch with its times.

Fly a world of total adore
With constant addiction to more
Make every green valley my goal
And open the door to my soul.

My hand is out to those would dream
Those that would paint a lovely seem
Those that would taste a bittersweet
Those that would build a dream retreat

I swear you’ll love yourself the more
If you would open up this door

Seymour darling boy it seems my morning, well actually it’s afternoon here, but whatever, it seems that my day isn’t complete without a visit to the Prince of Poetry. This is an absolutely fabulous and beautiful write, it simply shines with that special quality that is yours alone. Words don’t really express the feelings of wonder when my eyes caress the pen of you.

And another plus Krissy hasn’t discovered you yet, so I don’t have to race her to read you. It’s just a game we play she and I, it adds a certain fillip to our visits here, I think it’s a mother daughter thing. Well, it is in my home anyway.

Anyway this is as always simply superb, well done Seymour thank you for today’s taste of you

Thank you for this wondrous delight

Love and warm stuff

'Tis not a Pandora's lid
nothing that I keep hid
but throw open wide the door
and let the multitudes roar!

For winsome is as winsome does
and wisdom delights us because
when Sy sees a butterfly
we hear the magic of Randy's sigh

So bring the tea, jam and bread
and before us then a feast is spread
then when the Queen Moth comes to light
all is well, and Sy is bright...

Thanks for posting this beautiful, uplifting poem, Sy

Fly a world of total adore
With constant addiction to more
Make every green valley my goal
And open the door to my soul.

Somehow the door to my soul remains locked, but I know I have the key...SOMEWHERE!  I am just so scatter brained that I lose everything...especially keys

Madame C,
You misplaced your keys in your own house, they are there.

Floria,
You have the answer. *L*
