sad
heart
sways.
I
can
sink
no further
than
this.
One
last
desperate
tear.
I'm lonely
I love you
please
come back
to me.
No
longer caring
who watches
my heart
sways
sinks
drowns
gasping
My sad heart sways to the lonely side
without you here to warm me.
Please come back.
A simple plea
to you
from me.
Simplicity simplified
these words
my poem
my voice
the very thread my spirit dangles on
and without you
there is nothing to calm my storms.
Drowning in missing you.
and now I beg shamelessly.
I've been too long without your songs, Sir.

For all who watch.Dare you say hello? Come in and ask the questions that are on your mind, but spare me your judgement until you truly sipped of me.

I've been there, sometimes, still am...
I understand this all too well.  You pen sadness like no other, my friend.  A VERY good job of writing, I might add.

It is my hope that your heart hear that song again soon.

Thank you.

it amazes me how you can swing from one side of that emotional scale to the other. . .

this is proof. . . well done. . . I like the form, and the content of this. . . it's heartbreaking. . . makes the reader feel each word. . . great work. . .
