Jewel of His Throne "Your cheeks are beautiful with earrings, your neck with strings of jewels." NIV Song of Solomon 1:10 How special God has told me that you are He's filled your soul with golden sweet desire A favored jewel from a distant star And made in you a chosen ball of fire. But He is waiting for a little time Your destiny is set with God's own kind For you must mellow in His fav'rit wine So learn to patiently await His Mind. You need not plan or make a strategy Just meditate and percolate Your Way For God is in control of your sweet plea As all your darkness will soon turn to day. I'll be there with you resting in your heart In God as One, we'll never be alone God is our King; and I am called to you To guard you, little jewel of His throne. And so rejoice as darkness turns to light I call you, come into God's special flight. Jewel of His Throne. Although a very nice poem, It’s not a Sonnet: SONNET : A poem normally of fourteen lines in any of several fixed verse and rhyme schemes, typically in Iambic pentameter; characteristically expressing a single theme or idea. and this is the loose version of the definition Even still, a very nice poem.
