Part of you is being taken
Under a spell almost
Passion makes you awaken
Pulling the two of you close
Young lovers

Lighting up eachothers eyes
One minute apart is a long time
Velcro hearts inseparable
Early teenage love, unforgettable

Oh Joanna, this is a wonderful acrostic. You got me smiling here ... I've always loved this phrase, and to see it described like this was just a delight. Very much enjoyed!

RosePetal,
This is absolutely darling. It's cute and sensitive and I never saw the word 'velcro' in a poem before. Great job!

Joanna hi there it's Krissy (Mushy’s daughter) This is absolutely wonderful piece of writing. You’ve done this acrostic beautifully, I’m in awe of anyone who can do these, well, anyone except my mum. That’s because she does lousy ones Whoops don’t tell her I said so. I see she’s already replied to this so I should be safe

Can I just say I’ve watched yours and Noah’s romance develop and I think it is so wonderful you are both fine poets, may you both continue to be very happy

Yes, love is a very powerful force, especially whien it is in the first puppy love state.  This is beautifully written Joanna, great work of the expression of love.

Why do they call it puppy love when it feels more real than when you are older? This was a great acrostic Joanna, I enjoyed it. floria
