“TRUSTING YOU”
by
Bill Charles
~~~~
This heart is fragile,
yet I gave it away…
To someone special,
for them to play…
Instead of cherish,
would rather neglect…
Not to know or care,
how it would affect…
Misery loves company,
don’t believe it’s true…
I wouldn’t do things
like these, to you…
I only want to be close,
trusting you, all I ask…
Didn’t think it was a lot,
to take off your mask…
(big hugggssssss) This has a tinge of sadness in it, but this is soooooo beautiful! (sigh) You are a very loving and trusting friend and I know deep down she will always want to reveal her face to you in glimpses of eternal happiness! We all love you so much, sweet friend, this is outstanding! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Bill, thank you for sharing!
May love and light always shine upon you!
Love,
I am so sorry for the pain instilled in this poem, no one deserves this.
Unfortunately, the degree of injury hidden behind that mask will determine whether a person is even capable of removing it.
Just know that sometimes it isn't about who you are....it's about them...
Good one, Bill. You know, it should not be too much to ask, but it seems that for many of us, it is.
Bill darling boy this is a wonderfully smooth and meaningful, there’s a lot of pain here but some when somehow you’ll find the person behind the mask.
As always you write romance soooooooo well that I’m carried away on the sigh of it all. Fabulous writing so smoothly flowing and perfectly penned.
Another for my library, thank you. Who is it who keeps letting you out? And who else is escaping? Well, go on get back in, if you were expecting a meal break you have a little while before the bread and water are distributed, Ahhh you mean that might be why you’re all trying to escape? Tsk it isn’t stale bread, well not very stale anyway, there aren’t any mould spots on it. Besides the mould is penicillin, it's good for you Smile
i empathise..i liked a woman who had a similar character before and it was frustrating to have to draw her out most of the time because she was soooo diplomatic!
Well, I'm just sitting here nodding my head at this one.  I love it.
For all who watch.Dare you say hello? Come in and ask the questions that are on your mind, but spare me your judgement until you truly sipped of me.
