Snow piled on rooftops,
      The buildings seemed pallid,
               as though wearing bathrobes,
and sunbeams alighted
      the icicle diamonds
            that stretched out like carrots
and hung off the drain pipes
         where radiant droplets
were drumming
and beating like flip-flops on marble.
Spring sprinkled
       and sparkled,--
   so graceful and dashing,--
that tree trunks
         of charcoal
              applauded with passion…

Master-
You never cease to impress me with your use of imagery.
I really enjoyed this.
