daylight ducks its head
leaning on the cheek of night
both content to rest

mystery hands touch
fingertips awaken dreams
soul slips into yours

dark kisses the sky
stars are delightful shivers
shuddering with light

voices sent afar
not caring who hears our love
letting them wonder

flirting Moonflower
unfolds slowly for her night
his dark eyes follow

our lips meet like these
I am your shy night flower
you kiss me open

Sunflower by day
Moonflower by grace of night
Both of me are yours
