The Sound Of Her Letting Go |

The Sound Of Her Letting Go She's a standing spotlight of the truth and how reality feels One more last cry never really seen only felt inside The truth runs deeper then a lost dream trying to find it's way It's a song she's not sure should continue or slowly die... How can she be saved if she isn't sure she even wants to be So much to stay here for but peace calls out her name The effort to be strong diminished just as quickly as her place in life And, she's caught between letting go or the strength to change... Time will be her only reward to hanging on for dear life And, in a brief moment the whole world will know That along with the rain the sun was found beneath dull skies For not a soul will mistake the sound of her letting go... It'll be so much more then what a wave of the hand can say It will be good fortune finally owned That sound of her letting go will ricochet to the beat of her heart It's victory at last and it's place to call home... When the stars melody give their light like no other night When you can hear the silence of darkness bow down to the moon again Her sound of letting go will be obvious to even the unheeding ones That is how you'll know what is happening then... When the winds resemble the breath of an angel whispering a message of love And, when laughter haunts a moment from the lips of the weak Know that is the sound of her so letting go A promise relayed when you hear nature speak... When freedom echo's from the hills of the evergreens And, sweetness screams even louder then before She'll then never know anything to be wrong again So, that's the sound of her letting go for sure... When the sun dances on water to the rhythm the current gives When the waves sing a tune of serenity long forgotten in your mind Don't doubt what you hear for a single minute That's the sound of her letting go for good this time...
