My twinkling star.

"How you have fallen from heaven, O morning star, son of the dawn!
You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations!"
NIV Isaiah 14:12

As I was flying ever free
In joy, no pain, no misery
Across bright stars and galaxies
I came to earth to look and see.

And suddenly, magnetically
I was in earth's tight gravity
It captured me; I could not free
Into some clay of flesh debris.

Into earth's spell into a tomb
Joined by a sperm in darkened womb
Where is was dark and little room
Imprisoned in a cave of gloom.

And as my star in heaven twinkles
I now grow deadly human wrinkles
I know that soon this clay I lay will die
Released I'll fly back through blue sky.

For I have found that earthly pull
Can be reversed with throttle full
When I choose God's Own Loving pole
And catch a ride in Christ's own soul.

Back to my twinkling star.

Newell, this is both joyful, and a touch worrisome. I hope you are not ill??

O Sandra, no! I am not ill. Just writing about my favorite subject, flying in God to the stars! I am fine. Thanks for your sweet concern.

Love this Newell.I'll see you up there. I read the other day in the papers, a psychologist asked, "If there were a pill to take to give you and your loved ones eternal life on earth, but you would have to go through all the trials of life, Would you take it?"
My answer is unequivocally NO..So, I'll see you up there. floria

Newell; I enjoyed this poem entitled "My Twinkling Star."  I was reading Floria's response and I rejoice in Ephesians 2:8,9. That is our ticket (if I may use the term) to heaven.  See you there!! Wanda

Hi Wanda!

Ephesians 2:8-9 (KJV) For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Come on everybody! Let's fly!
Thanks Wanda, love your scripture.
