I miss the warmth of the summer sun
and always, I miss you more.
My thoughts wander far and away from today
allowing me to glide into the silk folds of your arms
where the breath of summer breathes
and the night settles down around us.

Quietly escaping, giving into the time
there is a gentleness where passion plays
that graces my soul briefly.
It is a different kind of love that keeps me warm.

Throwing caution to the wind
where our hands roam and interlocked
touching the dampness of tears
exposing my vulnerability and the scars of my past.
Filled with the trembling from your touch.

There is an easy laughter we share
it comes from knowing;
the extent of what is and simply is not.
These are my tomorrow's memories.

At times I fear your leaving
my emotions swarm, flooding my mind,
afraid the moment may never come again.
The very moments that I savor when I'm with you
are the same ones that slip beside me
when I'm missing you.....more.

Now now Noah dear this is NOT sad.
Thank you for your sweet words.

Larry~  That's a pretty heady compliment,
so you mean to say it might be worth a bump?
Thank you dear freind.

SEA~ I said to you way back when,
I think we're on the same page, or at least in the same book.
Ya know?

Midnitesun~ Now how can I thank you enough for such a nice reply?
It means a lot and I do thank you muchly.
