My Legacy

I often wonder
What legacy I could
Possibly leave to
My girls

What part of me
could possibly
be worthy to leave
as shiney pearls

An essance of
my realness
my spirit
what drove my
Actions in this world

So at some point
They would see me
As a women
Not just a mom, but once a girl

Something for them
To draw continuious
Power from in
Lifes struggles

And laugh about
When a moment
In time sparks
That special love

Someone, me, to
Cry with, knowing
That if I was there
I would understand

A timeless me
In their hearts
Breeching thereal
Gap of speach spoken
Between parent and child

Maybe in my legacy
Finding the real
Passionate women
that always lived in my heart

This I would like to leave them
Tho I don't share them all
At this time, when I die
The legacy of my words
They will find

Thanks so much... Thank You is said all the time but I mean it for reals  LOL  : )
I've just been going through some old stuff and found some that at the time I wrote them I really didn't think .... they were very good..... funny how time changes things  : )
  Not that I think the writing is all that special... but the meaning of this write is special to me

YAY!!! Ooohhhhhh...I just know when the time is right, your children will forever cherish the words you have to say and their golden hearts will grow and share love to all the world just as you do!
