Come, butterfly

The LORD was grieved that he had made man on the earth,
and his heart was filled with pain." NIV Genesis 6:6

God is calling: come, butterfly
Enjoy my nectar from on high

Just don’t believe man's awful lies
You cannot sin, so come and fly.

When man forsook God's Truth, one day
And went along a selfish way

Man made stiff rules for other souls
Said people burn in hottest coals.

Man said 'twas sin, an evil way
But God is pure; it's all ok

Although we have consequences
We're free to love, with no fences.

Pure love has neither guilt nor shame
Release those lies, in Jesus' Name

God is calling, come butterfly
Enjoy my nectar from on high

Just don’t believe man's awful lies
You cannot sin, so come and fly.

Come, butterfly.
