In Silent Prayer

oh Lord help me
I am in need of your care
slip your hand inside of mine
let me know you are there
I am lost at land
I am lost at sea
drowning in the air I breathe
set my spirit free
sleep upon sheets of stone
no manna do I eat
no path seems familiar
I can not guide my feet
I sit here quietly waiting
no answers do I know
place your hand upon my back
point the way to go

"I have already paid for all my future sins."  Sade...(King of Sorrow)

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Helen, this is so very sad, my heart goes out to you! He will always hold your hand, sweet friend, may He forever be your guide and fill you with light whenever you need love the most! (kiss on cheek) We all love you so much, sweet friend, my thoughts are with you! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Helen, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Helen, this is a very, very beautiful prayer. I'm sure He will guide your footsteps as you ask. Just trust Him.

helen - from reading your poem I feel your hurt. I needed Him too, and it finally happened. Hang in there, it may take some time, but it will get better.

It is when things seem loudest, that you need the silence most...

listen to the silence, and you will hear...

Listen ... He speaks to you ... inside.

Fool, said my Muse to me, look in thy heart and write.
