A Buda’s Smile

There is a time each day or night
A part of me just takes to flight.
And I become a phantoms wile
And sit a Buda with a smile.

Surrounded by impressions spill
The glories of a fancy will
I make a Shangri-la for two
A spirited I, a ghost of you.

We fly about as butterflies
Within an emeralds golden sky
Drink a fruit of forbidden tea
With out a thought of what’s to be?

We dance and play upon a shore
Of flowers of forevermore
We play the game of ecstasy
With abandons intimacy.

And scoff at our reality
A world away we cannot see.

Some days
some ways
words come
some days
some ways
they don't

accept
the smile

And when you write of your whiler's wile,
you make the butterflies and dragons smile.
When you scheme in rhymers dream its more than that ...
you make a moth smile like the Cheshire Cat.

So rewrite reality, this dream we can indeed see
Just pick up your pen of free, and then make it be.

JM,
The pen I used has turned a key
I plunk it when I think of thee.
It plunks a magic sound or sigh
That turns into a butterfly.

As I read your little poem
I think, gee. why he's a knowin
how to live with glee just like me
Enjoying wine, no misery.

Love it!

Still the master
What can I say
Lovely array
In plain display

The ability to describe life with words is similar to painting a picture; both can be powerful tools.
