My Children

I love my kids
I have 4
If my tubes wern't tied I probably have more

They keep me going all day long
each one likes a differant song
differant color, differant food
differant clothes, differant schools

They all love hugs and snugs
and went through mud and bugs,
cartoons, baloons, birthday sleep overs,
Sometimes I can't wait till all this is over

But then I think of each ones face
and how nothing in this world can take its place
and when there gone how much I'll miss them
and how when small I always kissed them

yes Im tired all the time
and sometimes feel old tho in my prime
I love you, I love you, all 4 of you
A Mom I am through and through

This has the smell of crayons and oatmeal cookies and I do imagine it is right in the middle of the refrigerator door, yes?

I love this!  Children are a lot of work, but it's the best job in the world and the most satisfying.

What a sweet sweet poem!
I've had the same thoughts, it's a catch 22~
I can't wait til this is over but I know I shall miss them when they're gone.

You sound like a wonderful Mother!

Constance, this is a marvellous poem. I think that there is nothing quite as wonderful as a mother. And I congratulate you for a job well done.
