Small birds come and go
Twittering a song of spring
Sweet sounds of promise

I took this picture 5 minutes ago outside my window.

Ah Sharon!  This is beautiful...and do I feel like a bit of Spring is in the air today!  Gold medals, birds returning, temps in the 50's, the Valentine rush over...lol...this is very special indeed!

Thank you all - just got that feeder, and I have to tell you I am hooked on watching them now.  They say their supply of food this time of year is gone, and considering there will lots of "new Moms" I figured now would be a good time to give them a hand.  Thanks again.

Light tomorrow with today!

Mysteria - You've truly captured the dawning of spring in those 3 lines.  Really good.

Yanno, you all make my "strange habits" seem okay.  I run to get my camera for the silliest thing, as it may be something I never see again that makes my heart sing, and I want you to share the song!

A wonderful picture! I have green sprouts everywhere. I hope a freeze doesn't come and claim them..but probably will. Thanks for giving a helping hand to nature.

Sincerely,
Regina

This makes me dream of my adopted home.  I used to live over in your area.  Sequim way, actually.  What a peaceful sight nature can be.  Wonderfully done.

What a lovely haiku!  You're a natural at these.

When comes the feathers
Where then goes the first of spring
The birds heralding
The change of days from winter,
Come softer times we enter.

These photos are taken right outside my window where my computer is situated, and the feeder is always so full of birds flittering about, I love them!

It was a full house today, so I took some pictures again for you, and they were not sharing at all!  Thanks for your replies - I love the birds.
