Sentimental feelings blanket my heart
when I think of you each night
I fear if I fall asleep
I will somehow be lost
upon a snow capped mountain peak
cold and alone like a snowbird
craving the warmth of you
in a melting nest of memories
not fulfilled. . .lips of blue

Why can't I dream
dream of two snowbird's?
within the warmth of the sun
I guess because it would be cruel
awaken to reality
awaken to a joke
a snowbird played on me

"Silence is a friend who
will never betray."
— Confucius

(sigh) Oh Victoria, I know just how you feel, I have found my true love but now I just have to get to her and when I'm alone I feel I'm cold in my empty nest of my heart and I can't help but cry thinking about coming to her! (kiss on cheek) May the sparrow of your heart come and rest in your hearts nest and sing sweet songs of love to you forever, sweet friend, we all love you so much, this is gorgeous! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Victoria, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

It is easy to get lost in the flurries,
kind of like being blinded by the light.
Nice poem Victoria.
