Ships In The Night

Those best laid plans
Are so often derailed
Was trying to reach
But somehow failed

With plan arranging
The time never right
Once more we pass
As ships in the night

Creating the outlines
Words with my pen
A meeting of hearts
I wish I knew when

Always on my mind
My heart being true
I wish just one time
Promises came  true

Hello Hope

So very touching were your words and how very true in many relationships.  Life becomes so hectic sometimes but I guess it takes less than a minute to tell someone you love them.  This was very well written and so much enjoyed.

Take care.....Sue

Ships on rails ... now there's a thought

Fool, said my Muse to me, look in thy heart and write.
