A willowy canopy fans the night air
a breeze of enchantment lovingly shared
the soft ebb and flow of timeless love
touched by a velvet moonlight glove

A song of fluting winds softly sings
whispers of willows upon midnight wings
turquoise ripples blend in harmony
red roses bloom a summer symphony

Two lovers kiss within a passionate stream
lost within themselves instead of a dream
a wavelet of soft kisses upon their skin
sighing sweetly like strings of a violin

Making love like starry-eyed lovers do
Tides of love flowing with sweet deja vu

"Silence is a friend who
will never betray."
— Confucius

My screen temporarily froze on a 'Chipmunk' graphic, Vickie.  hehehe
Had to reload just to fire this gun of words that say:

willowy!  that is the word i have been searching for to describe much of your
poetry.  Sort of a sleepy, graceful majesty that sways and pulls the reader
into its green armed clutches.  Am i ate up or what?  LOL

Willowy is and adjective I use for a lot of things these days, and yes this romantic poem was that indeed, but you made this look so darn easy, and I know it I have a devil of a time with these LOL, great job.

Your poetry makes my eyes water,
I could surround myself in your words
and bathe in the scent for days.
The scenery is captivating,
and makes me wish I was there.
Lovely as always Victoria~
