oh egad! Did I RHYME??? ME??? (Oh shut up! Not the old, tired Kamla can't rhyme joke) - but wait! What is this.. is this something in under myself something wanting in the way of an inspiration I can't measure divorcing myself from the usual and I find I forget about I it was always here - the ability to shelve away a want and hope for a better day (nonono...) ~scratch~ it was always here - the ability to shelve away a wish and a dream for tomorrow this is why her eyes are older than 57 and her sons still rake leaves in autumn because they are all she has left yet they've seen her younger when life was all around like a light - haloed - shivered through her voice like bells tolling out her passion discover me she said to the milkman and the woman who did her ironing when her back was bad from the weight of another child inside discover me I live here but that was yesterday ~~~~~~~ One impromptu open night poem on my friday (well - early saturday) Byedees..
