I don't have to try. The differences were forced upon me. I will be celebrating the holidays missing two members of my family. So...the traditions will change. The only thing that will require effort is to celebrate anyway. And I don't mean to be tedious, but damned if life hasn't been lately. |

Well seeings how Fall/Winter has passed the things I did do differently was lose a lot of weight, decided on a holiday with friends instead of by myself and got rid of people I don't need in my life. "Kelly's my Hero!" "No, Kelly's your heroine." "Kelly has heroin??" "What?" |

on a totally unrelated, but perhaps interesting tangent. . . do you feel sad when September rolls around?? some kind of "melancholy" that won't just let you go for a short period of time??? Strangely enough Sven, no I don't. September always seems the milestone in my advancement through education and also my own aging process - a new schoolyear is always the marker for another year aged, not my birthday. September is when it sinks in. Although maybe some of you old timers don't get excited about aging as much as I do.  They call me a madman, but I'm not mad at anyone. |

I'm going to get in shape (yeah..like for how long have I said that?  )hmm....I see some writing in the future. Maybe some short stories taking shape. DANCING! Making more time for friends, and opening myself up a bit more to the people locally since I'm new here, and still kind of shy. September..hmm..I can't recall it having any significant impact on my mood in the past. This year, I am definetely loving it because I'm anticipating the winter with a smile on my face. Don't gain my affections then cover my eyes. Don't sweep me off my feet then fail to catch me before I hit the floor. |
