I hope you do let him know... if not now, then when he becomes a father himself. *S* For so much of parenthood is learning by doing... and the good ones learn the right way even when they didn't have the chance to learn by example. Ed, I hesitate to answer this, because it sounds as if the chance to tell him has gone for some reason .... If he is still here, then yes, you must send him this. I liked this, Ed....made me think of my own son and his dad. Also, made me wonder why men don't show their vulnerabilities to their sons (I know other men who would not). It must be something about being a man. This also made me feel kind of bad for you that you never learned to catch when you were a kid....so here's a big hug for you *HUG*. jo |
