Never fruitful
in my desire to strip
core of you from
this garden

The melancholy rot
has passed my week
slower still

You will feed
and I
may starve

I crave
in rememberance
scent of the bloom
where I paced
waiting
to be picked.

Instant karma's gonna get you.

Ahh, weeds... parasites of the plant world.  How could I not be sympathetic, hm?

I like how you wrote it.  Particularly this line:

quote:
You will feed
and I
may starve

Yes... strange how you make this relationship with the weed out to be a competition for survival.  I very much like that, I doubt most gardeners put so much thought into it.

Very nice work, Gempop, this is the first I've read from you and I'm not disappointed.  I look forward to seeing more of you.

Hmmm...I don't know, I took it in a completely non-sexual way. But what I did see, I loved...I won't go into all of it, for time's sake. Just know I read it and really appreciated it.

All the sex talk made me think of the poor boy/man that came to my door selling cleaner once.....but that is a story in itself...

loved the writing!
