To see the challenge I am talking about go waaay back to here.
/pip/Forum33/HTML/001022.html

Pen and quill
   mixed with passions ink
   makes the poets swill
   that we all drink.
Lover's fervour
   from this poet's pen
   drawn to read over
   and over again.
Turn of phrase
   that touches each one.
   No sweet lover's phase
   will be left undone.
Joy or tears
   of each precious line
   will allay the fears
   in this heart of mine.

For Mark - with thanks for all that you have written. Your words are a treasure and an inspiration.
Dee

Well met I'd say! Just like a fine wine, it can't be hurried!

Eddie, are you saying that I am like a fine wine and I should be drunk? lol
Glad you liked this one. Your thoughts mean a lot to me.

There was so many wonderful poems posted to these phrases...the forum was flooded.
Mark will be thrilled you found your inspiration in the challenge all this time later.
Well done groovy-girlie

my eyes, I see it all together now ... and I know.

Janet, it is not hard to be inspired by Mark's phrases, they are beautiful.

Sue, I am glad you chose one of my verses as your fav and not Mark's. Lol. I think that one describes his poetry well.

'Deer, glad you like my swill.
