Whisper

A whisper is a soft caress
A gentle calming touch

A whisper is a soothing call
An auditory rush

A whisper is the softest breeze
A gentle brush of air

A whisper is an instinctive thought
A memory always there

A whisper is a fluid motion
Floating across the floor

A whisper is a poet’s voice
Echoing heart’s core

A whisper is so much. I never thought of it this way and this is very creative. I love the last two lines Brian, great poem.

Brian, I could almost feel the tiny hairs on my ear as they stood up to greet the air..... as though you were whispering this poem for me..... what a rush!!! Great imagery.
